Why combine a very early flowering rapeseed with our high-performance variety?

Because it is an alternative method of controlling meligethes.
It consists of sowing a very early flowering oilseed rape with the oilseed rape variety of interest.
The very early oilseed rape attracts the meligèthes and lets the variety of interest express its full potential.

Why combine legumes with rapeseed?

Return of nitrogen

25 to 35 units of nitrogen are returned in autumn by rhizo-deposition or enrichment of the rhizosphere and in spring by mineralisation of the cover residues.
Some species will return nitrogen more quickly than others, e.g. legumes with a spreading habit
